Morning Mushroom Latte

Happy Mushroom Adaptogen Recipe Morning Mushroom Latte

- 1 c walnut milk
- 1 tsp almond butter
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp Happy Mushroom Blend

How to make:
Heat the walnut milk over medium heat. Stir in almond butter and agave syrup until incorporated. Add the Happy Mushroom Blend to a cup and pour the milk mixture over top. Stir and enjoy!


Choco n' Coconut Happy Muffins

Happy Mushroom Adaptogen Blend Recipe Choc n' Coconut Happy Muffins 

- 1/4 c coconut flour
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp Happy Mushroom Blend
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 3 pasture raised eggs
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil or ghee
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips

How to make:
Preheat oven to 350. Spray or line 12 mini muffin tins.
Mix coconut flour, cacao powder, Happy Mushroom Blend, cinnamon & baking powder in a stand mixer or large bowl until combined.
Add eggs, coconut oil, and maple syrup to dry ingredients and mix until dough is formed. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Fill muffin tins evenly with batter. Bake for 12 minutes, until the tops look firm and a toothpick comes out clean.


Happy PB Balls

Happy Mushroom Adaptogen Blend Recipe Happy Peanut Butter Balls

- 1 c peanut butter
- 1/4 c Happy Mushroom Blend
- 1/4 c honey
- 1/4 c flax seed flour
- 1/4 c semi sweet chocolate chips, melted
- Optional: 1 tbsp bee pollen

How to make:
In a large bowl, mix the peanut butter, Happy Mushroom Blend, and honey until combined. Add the flax seeds until incorporated. Form the dough-like mixture into 1" balls. 
Dunk the peanut butter balls in the melted chocolate and coat evenly. Sprinkle with bee pollen if using. Transfer balls to a sheet of wax paper and Refrigerate balls for 10 minutes. Enjoy!


Choco Cherry Smoothie

1/2 c frozen cherries
1 banana
1 tsp Happy Mushroom Blend
1 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 c coconut or regular yogurt

- 10-15 dates, halved and with pits removed
- 1 c peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Happy Mushroom Blend
- Vegan or regular chocolate chips

How to make:
Blend the peanut butter & Happy Mushroom Blend in a bowl. Spoon the peanut butter mixture in between two date halves sandwich-style and sprinkle sides with chocolate chips.
