- 1/2 c unsweetened sparkling water
- Juice from 1 lemon
- Juice from 1 orange

- 1 tsp maple syrup

Ingredients:

- 2 oz fresh ginger, unpeeled; soaked in water for 10 minutes
- 2 oz seedless tamarind block
- 2 tbsp Pretty Mushroom blend
- 1 liter water
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 1 1/2 c fresh lemon juice

How to make:
Scrub excess dirt off of the ginger root, then chop into quarter sized pieces. Add 1 c. water and the ginger to a blender and blend until smooth.
Tamarind Concentrate: Heat 1 liter of water on the stove over medium heat. Add tamarind & ginger puree. Simmer on low for 20 minutes.
Let the mixture cool. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve. Pour juice into a pitcher. Add the maple syrup, lemon juice, and Pretty Mushroom Blend. Mix & enjoy!
