Maryam Nassir Zadeh

Originally from Iran, Maryam Nassirzadeh grew up in Los Angeles, graduating from Rhode Island School of Design before moving back to LA to design her namesake ready-to-wear collection from 2002-2007. Nassirzadeh then moved to New York to receive an Associate Degree in Fashion Studies from Parsons in 2006, before opening her designer boutique in the Lower East Side in 2008.

Maryam Nassirzadeh's namesake collection is based on her life as a mother and career woman. Nassirzadeh draws inspiration from her international perspective as an Iranian-born, American-raised woman with family in India and Mexico and her inherent love of world travel. The origin of her vision when designing is the profound connectivity of it all.
