Belts are measured to the middle hole in inches. Each one includes 5 holes for adjustability (about 2" in either direction).

How to measure: Use a measuring tape to measure around the area where you want the belt to sit (waist or hips). Match that number to the middle hole measurement above — the belt will offer room to tighten or loosen by about 2".
