How To Use

1. Cleanse Your Face: Start with a clean face to avoid pushing dirt and oil into your skin.
2. Apply Oil: Apply a facial oil or moisturiser to ensure the gua sha tool glides smoothly over your skin.
3. Hold the Tool Correctly: Hold the gua sha tool at a 15-degree angle to your skin. The tool should be almost flat against your face, not perpendicular.
4. Begin at the Neck: Start at the base of your neck, moving upwards. Use gentle, sweeping motions. This helps in lymphatic drainage.
5. Jawline and Chin: Sweep from the centre of your chin out to your ear. This helps define the jawline and reduce tension.
6. Cheeks: Start from the side of your nose, sweeping the tool outward towards your ear. Use upward and outward strokes.
7. Under-eye Area:Be very gentle in this area. Start from the inner corner of your eye and gently move outward towards your temple.
8. Brow and Forehead: Sweep from the middle of your forehead outwards towards your temple, and from your eyebrows upwards to your hairline.
9. Repeat: For best results, repeat each stroke 3-5 times. Adjust the pressure to a level that is comfortable for you; it should never be painful.
