The Mandelic Cleansing Gel by Biba Los Angeles is a daily exfoliating cleanser designed to help maintain clearer, more balanced-looking skin without irritation or barrier disruption. Formulated with mandelic acid, a larger-molecule AHA, the formula exfoliates more gradually than many traditional acids, helping loosen buildup and refine the appearance of pores while remaining well tolerated by sensitive, reactive, or acne-prone skin.
Unlike aggressive exfoliating cleansers that can leave the skin tight, dehydrated, or reactive, The Mandelic Cleansing Gel was developed around controlled daily exfoliation. Mandelic acid penetrates more slowly and evenly than many stronger acids, making it more predictable and generally easier for the skin to tolerate while still supporting smoother texture and improved skin clarity over time.
