The pearls are delicate! Each one is hand placed onto the case! Natural wear and tear can occur over time so be sure to avoid contact with any rough surfaces that may scratch your precious pearls. There is a 6-month defect warranty on all Pearl Cases and Accessories, however this does not cover scuffed or discolored pearls.
