Founded in 1981 by young entrepreneur husband-and-wife team, BJ and Bill Gedney, Hat Attack combines a passion for creating modern yet abiding pieces with a commitment to sustainability. Starting in a studio apartment in Manhattan, BJ and Bill's dedication to quality craftsmanship at an affordable price quickly created high demand. Their daughter, Cooper McManus, who grew up with Hat Attack, now leads the creative team, continuing the family tradition.

Shipping

• US Orders: Free Standard Shipping on orders of $250+. For all other orders, rates are calculated by weight and destination.
• Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes 1–4 business days. You can upgrade at checkout for 1–2 business day delivery.
• Exclusions: Some heavy or brand-direct items may not qualify for free shipping (noted on the product page).

Returns

• Policy: We offer a 14-day return window for items in their original condition.
• Final Sale: Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

International Orders

• Fees: Shipping costs cover the delivery fee only; duties will be requested separately after your order ships.
